GASTRO TOUR - SOFITEL BUDAPEST

Sziasztok!

A tavalyi görögországi nyaralásunk emlékei vissza-visszatérnek, most is szívesen hűsítenénk magunkat frappét szürcsölve a tenger mellett, napernyők alatt.

Két hét múlva már Párizsban leszünk, ahol remélhetőleg néhány felejthetetlen napot fogunk eltölteni négyen, a teljes Style and Blog stáb.

A francia kultúrával, konyhával először Budapesten találkoztunk, amikor néhány hete ellátogattunk a Paris Budapest étterembe, amely a csodálatosan szép Sofitel Hotel földszintjén található.

Hi Everyone!

We are almost done with all the exams, and although we have some more left, sometimes we wonder around in mind. While we study for the next, our memories come back from our last year holidays in Greece, we would be happy to sit among the beach and sip frappes under the shades while we look at the horizon. We have memories and plans too, we plan our next summer wondering what we should do. Although we love the sea, we decided to do something else this year, so we are travelling to one of the girl’s favorite cities, Paris.

We will be in Paris in two weeks, where we are going to spend an amazing week, all the Style and Blog’s team. The closer the first day of the trip, the more excited we are and we plan what we will take, how we will pack, and how we will spend those days in the city of love. We would like to feel the city, take a walk on the Champs-Élysées, visit the bridge of lovers, and of course we’d like to take lots of pictures which we will share with you on the blog.

We met the French culture first in Hungary, in Budapest, when we visited the Paris Budapest restaurant at the Sofitel Chain Bridge hotel. What we found there was spectacular view, amazing show kitchen, and the nicest staff ever. We were lucky to meet the Executive Chef Jeremy Cayron who creates the most amazing dishes like an artist of cooking and who picks the ingredients with his own hands at Paris and Budapest markets.

We looked at the menu for a long time trying to choose but we gave up and asked the staff to offer what they think would fit us best. We decided well, because we had the most delicious lunch ever. We should write the tastes of all meals each in a novel, but as we can’t, let the pictures talk, maybe you could imagine how good they were.
